The Operations Supervisor is responsible for driving profitable sales growth by managing store merchandise in-stocks and supervising operations associates. Key duties include overseeing inventory counts, RFID processes, stockroom logistics, and team training and development.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
