Requires consolidated experience in commercial or new business roles within production houses or creative agencies. Must possess a strong network in the market and the ability to sell complex creative projects.
Per ProseOnPixel (POP), casa di produzione interna del gruppo Havas, siamo alla ricerca di un Head of New Business con forte esperienza nel mondo della produzione audio/video e nella vendita di soluzioni creative end-to-end.
La risorsa inserita, avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo del business, contribuendo alla crescita della unit attraverso l’acquisizione di nuovi clienti e l’espansione delle opportunità su clienti esistenti, guidando conversazioni strategiche su contenuti, produzione e storytelling.
Definire e guidare la strategia di New Business della casa di produzione POP
Identificare, sviluppare e chiudere nuove opportunità commerciali
Lavorare in sinergia con le altre unit del gruppo Havas per sviluppare offerte integrate
Tradurre le esigenze dei clienti in soluzioni concrete (video, shooting, contenuti digitali, motion, social content ecc)
Presidiare attivamente il mercato, intercettando trend, nuovi formati e opportunità di crescita
Contribuire alla definizione di pricing, marginalità e posizionamento dell’offerta
Garantire un allineamento continuo con team di produzione e creativi per assicurare qualità dell’offerta e sostenibilità operativa
Contribuire alla strutturazione di processi commerciali (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting ecc)
Rappresentare POP in occasioni di networking, eventi e pitch.
Esperienza consolidata in ruoli commerciali / new business in case di produzione, agenzie creative / media, content production / branded content
Ottima conoscenza del mondo adv e produzione Audio/Video
Forte capacità di vendere progetti complessi
Network attivo e rilevante nel mercato
Approccio strategico e orientato al risultato
Ottime capacità relazionali e di negoziazione
Capacità di dialogare efficacemente con creativi, producer e stakeholder coinvolti
Completano il profilo mentalità imprenditoriale, approccio hands-on e forte attitudine commerciale.
