About the Job

As Performance Marketing Specialist Marketplaces, you will drive the strategy for the European Marketplace business, execution, and optimisation of the marketing activations for our marketplaces in close alignment with the Brand and Performance Marketing Team, the commercial Marketplace Team and our Marketplace partners and agencies. Your goal is to drive customer acquisition, incremental revenue growth, and return on advertising spend (ROAS) through data-driven performance marketing. All with an end-to-end ownership mindset and including wider business context into your decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between performance and brand marketing efforts creating a seamless customer journey within our marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Paid Media & Demand Generation

• Develop and manage performance retail media tactics to meet product traffic and revenue goals at the different marketplaces across Europe.
• Be accountable for the phasing and healthy spend tracking of the performance marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROAS and total business growth.
• Collaborate with Partners, X-Functional departments and media agencies to align brand and performance strategies for each partner.
• Support and drive the growth and marketplace expansion for Levi’s Europe within a dynamic X-Functional Team.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with Brand Marketing, Commercial Marketplaces & Sales Teams and Merchandising to align on campaign calendars, campaign assortments, category priorities, creative assets, and promotional strategies.
• Contribute alongside the Lead and media agency team on budget allocation across the marketing funnel for each Marketplace partner.
• Partner with Digital Media Managers to advocate on performance media within Marketplace team.

Lead Foundational Media Projects

• Be accountable for test and learn roadmap through the performance marketing channels for each partner.
• Provide data and insights for econometric modelling (MMM) and apply findings to optimise campaigns.

Manage Partners & Stakeholders

• Manage operational and day-to-day relationships with media agencies and key partners such as Zalando, Amazon, and others.
• Contribute to execute Joint Business Plans for Marketplace with major platforms.
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing Managers and analytics teams of the partners to drive performance improvements.
• Manage channel dynamics and operate within a multi-channel ecosystem together with 3P/WHLS teams.

Reporting & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth performance analysis using internal and external data sources.
• Track and report on campaign and partner performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended optimisation actions.
• Generate actionable insights and present findings to executive stakeholders.
• Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

About You

• 3- 5 years of experience in digital media, retail media and/or performance marketing.
• Bachelor in marketing, strategy or similar fields
• A passion for performance marketing and a drive to learn.
• Experience working with or within media agencies across European markets.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution models and performance metrics.
• You take ownership of demand creation beyond optimisation, think out of the box to unlock new growth, and collaborate seamlessly across functions.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of how media, content, pricing, promotions, and assortment interact to drive marketplace performance.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across markets in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable translating data into clear recommendations and business cases.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

This is a hybrid position that can be based in either our Brussels or Offenbach office. You will be expected to work from the office three days per week, although office attendance may vary depending on business needs.

The expected salary range for this role is €57,800 - €77,000 gross per annum. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs. Salary ranges may vary by location and currency.
