About the role

This role is essential in enabling on-site teams to focus on delivery by ensuring systems, documentation, and workflows are accurate and up to date. Working closely with coordinators and the operations team, you will:

• Maintain maintenance plans, work orders, and defect registers
• Raise SAP notifications and procurement requisitions
• Prepare and schedule monthly work orders
• Scan and upload completed work orders into client systems
• Support contractor invoicing and documentation management
• Assist with inductions, training coordination, and compliance systems such as
• Provide general administrative support across the team

About you

You’re a highly organised administrator who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You will bring:

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office and ideally SAP
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Experience in a fire services or maintenance environment is highly regarded but not essential.
