Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui développe et optimise notre paysage SAP au sein du domaine de la fabrication. Au sein de l'équipe ERP Production and Manufacturing, vous serez impliqué(e) dans le support, l'optimisation et le développement de notre architecture SAP visant à couvrir l'ensemble du périmètre cible fourni par le programme ERP, en étroite collaboration avec les autres domaines fonctionnels (Supply Chain, Logistique, Qualité, Service Client et Finance).

Vos challenges :
Agir en tant qu'expert fonctionnel et technique pour les modules SAP MII/ME et SAP PP, assurer un support approfondi et comprendre les flux d'informations de bout en bout (Windchill, ESB, SAP P11, SAP MII, SAP ME).
Analyser les besoins métiers des parties prenantes de la production, les traduire en solutions SAP efficaces, puis concevoir, configurer, personnaliser et déployer de nouvelles fonctionnalités et améliorations dans SAP ME/PP.
Réaliser les tests système, coordonner les tests d'acceptation utilisateur (UAT), fournir la formation ainsi que la documentation aux utilisateurs finaux et participer à la planification, l'exécution et au go-live des projets SAP.
Collaborer avec les autres consultants SAP, les équipes informatiques et les unités opérationnelles pour garantir une intégration transparente entre les différents modules et systèmes.
Résoudre les incidents complexes SAP ME/PP pour garantir la stabilité du système, identifier de manière proactive les opportunités d'optimisation des processus et rester informé des évolutions et meilleures pratiques SAP.
Votre profil :
Expérience professionnelle confirmée en tant que Consultant Interne SAP (ou rôle similaire), avec une spécialisation forte sur les modules SAP ME et/ou SAP PP.
Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (Master, école d'ingénieurs ou équivalent) en informatique, technologies de l'information, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
Compréhension approfondie des processus de fabrication et de leur modélisation dans SAP, incluant une solide expérience en configuration SAP ME (données de base, ordres de fabrication, shop floor control, intégration système).
Solides connaissances des fonctionnalités SAP PP (MRP, ordres de fabrication, fabrication discrète, planification des capacités) ; une expérience avec SAP S/4HANA et une familiarité avec les technologies d'intégration (IDocs, APIs) constituent un atout majeur.
Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de communication, alliées à une aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et au sein d'une équipe multiculturelle (Un niveau fluide en anglais est requis ; la maîtrise du français est un plus).

Your challenges:

Your profile:
Proven professional experience as an SAP Inhouse Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on SAP ME and/or SAP PP.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and their mapping in SAP systems, including extensive experience in SAP ME configuration (master data, production orders, shop floor control, and integration with other systems).
Strong knowledge of SAP PP functionalities (MRP, production orders, discrete manufacturing, and capacity planning), experience with SAP S/4HANA, and familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., IDocs, APIs) between SAP and other manufacturing systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, combined with the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-cultural team (Fluency in English is required; French language skills are a plus).
