The Layup Operator is responsible for assembling interior doors by feeding parts, flipping panels, and sorting components. They must ensure all parts are defect-free and maintain a consistent production pace to meet daily schedules.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and stand for up to 4 hours at a time. Basic literacy, mathematical skills, and the ability to use a tape measure are required.

The Layup Operator performs the functions of Feeder, Panel Flip, Door Build, and Sorter.
Duties/Responsibilities:
All layup Team Members are required to learn the duties of Feeder, Panel Flip, Door Build, and Sorter. A Layup Team member will rotate to each job upon building 15 stacks containing 30 doors per stack.
