The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and refrigeration systems within agricultural and production facilities. The role focuses on optimizing environmental conditions to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a diploma or certification in HVAC/Refrigeration and a valid provincial license. Experience with automated environmental control systems and an electrical background are preferred.

The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and environmental control systems within agricultural and production facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining optimal environmental conditions to support operational efficiency, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation range: $35 - $47/hr. Actual compensation will depend on education, experience, tickets, and internal equity.
