The Production Lead is responsible for assigning tasks within a production cell, managing team schedules, and ensuring accurate data entry and batch record completion. They act as the primary link between the production floor and the supervisor, overseeing line clearance and providing daily output reports.
Candidates should have experience in a relevant manufacturing environment and strong attention to detail regarding documentation and product verification. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and the ability to proactively identify and report operational issues are required.

Reports To: Production Supervisor
Shift / Assignment: Assigned to one cell (Intermediate Production/IT, Printing/PP, or Packaging/FG), PM Shift — 3 positions total
Compensation: $20–$21/hour
Position Summary
The senior frontline role within a single production cell. Owns task assignment within the cell, data entry and batch record completion, and line clearance between work orders, and is the direct link between the cell floor and the Supervisor.
