Überwachung und Sicherung der Produkt- und Prozessqualität
Durchführung und Vorbereitung von Qualitätsregelterminen (NC-Tisch, Q-Lagemeeting) mit den Fertigungsbereichen, Unterstützung in dem organisatorischen Aufbau
Erhebung von Kennzahlen, Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
Initiierung sowie Koordination von Korrektur – und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (8D und intern A3) aus internen Abweichungen sowie Kundenreklamationen
Unterstützung im Änderungsmanagement und Dokumentation von Prozessabweichungen
Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Prüfvorgaben für die Prüfstellen
Mitwirken bei internen und externen Audits
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Feinoptiker, Optiker, oder vergleichbar), wünschenswert Techniker (m/w/x) oder Meister (m/w/x) im Qualitätswesen
Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung oder Wareneingangsprüfung, idealerweise im Bereich Optik / Feinwerktechnik
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit optischer Mess- und Prüftechnik, oder Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung in diesem Bereich
