About the Position
Bell & Evans is looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our Production team.
As a Production Team Member, you will play an important role in producing the high-quality chicken our customers expect. Depending on your assigned department, your responsibilities may include preparing, processing, inspecting, packing, weighing, and moving poultry products.
No two days are necessarily the same. While you may be assigned to one department, you may occasionally be asked to support other areas based on production needs.
What You'll Do
Handle and process poultry products safely and efficiently.
Inspect products to ensure they meet Bell & Evans' quality standards.
Pack, weigh, label, and move products as assigned.
Perform tasks such as cutting, deboning, or other processing activities.
Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain required production speeds while focusing on safety and quality.
Immediately report safety, quality, or product concerns to your supervisor.
Keep your work area clean and organized.
Safely operate or work around production equipment.
Support other departments when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Physical & Work Environment
This is an active production position. You should be comfortable:
Working in hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments.
Standing and moving for extended periods.
Working around industrial equipment.
Performing repetitive movements with your arms, wrists, and hands.
Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds.
Working in different departments as production needs change.
Minimum Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Strong and reliable work history.
Previous poultry, food manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
