The Par Fry Styler is responsible for safely processing, inspecting, and packing poultry products while maintaining production speed and quality standards. Team members must also operate production equipment and support various departments as needed to meet operational requirements.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States with a reliable work history. Previous experience in poultry or food manufacturing is preferred, along with the ability to perform physical tasks in a production environment.

As a Production Team Member, you will play an important role in producing the high-quality chicken our customers expect. Depending on your assigned department, your responsibilities may include preparing, processing, inspecting, packing, weighing, and moving poultry products.
No two days are necessarily the same. While you may be assigned to one department, you may occasionally be asked to support other areas based on production needs.
