The operator is responsible for weighing and labeling product cases to fulfill customer orders while ensuring accuracy in tray counts and dates. They must also maintain a clean workspace and proactively address safety and quality concerns.
No formal education or previous experience is required, although experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and possess the ability to read and interpret safety and procedure manuals in English or Spanish.

JOB SUMMARY:
The team member is responsible for performing all duties, including but not limited to measuring the weight and labeling of all product cases before they are boxed and prepared for shipment, with-in the Tavil department to fill customer orders. Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are being produced by immediately addressing any safety and/or quality concerns.

Ability to speak English and/or Spanish, read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
