The Leo Electronic Supply Chain team is seeking a Manager to lead our Operations Technical Program Management (OPM) team. This team is responsible for technical manufacturing and procurement operations across the supply base for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) destined for our satellites. The successful candidate will solve for the long-term needs of the supply base while remaining deeply engaged in the management of daily product delivery.

Key job responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Program Managers
Ensure hardware is delivered to support production schedules identifying, tracking, and resolving risks to delivery with cross functional teams as necessary
Protect future deliveries through detailed and proactive evaluation of supplier production lines for capacity and manufacturing quality
Report status to senior leadership in a clear and succinct manner
Develop and implement best practices within the team while ingesting and replicating best practices from other teams
Lead team to execute annual improvement plans
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, operations or supply chain roles.
- Technical understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and materials, capacity assessments, and quality requirements
- Experience driving continuous improvement activities, and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Correction of Errors (COE).
- Experience driving supplier development programs and manufacturing technology transfers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Master's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Six Sigma Green Belt, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Direct experience managing high-complexity electronics contract manufacturers, preferably in aerospace or defense industries
- Demonstrated success in implementing advanced manufacturing processes and quality systems in regulated industries
- Deep expertise in space-grade electronics manufacturing, including familiarity with J-STD-001 Space Addendum, IPC-A-610 Space Addendum, and AS9100 requirements
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
