Deliver specialized technical training in-house and at customer sites while managing classroom and lab activities. Develop and update technical documentation and courses using Instructional System Design (ISD) and provide technical expertise for system repairs.
Requires conceptual and practical expertise in technical training and the ability to solve complex problems. Must be capable of managing diverse projects and traveling up to 20% of the time domestically and internationally.
