The Finance Business Partner will drive operational excellence by establishing governance for cost reduction initiatives and tracking value realization across manufacturing and supply chain. They will also play a key role in the ERP modernization project, transitioning to Microsoft Dynamics 365 while providing actionable insights into manufacturing performance and COGS.
Candidates should have significant experience in Operations or Manufacturing Finance, with a strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and complex supply chain environments. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and advanced analytical skills in Excel and Power BI are essential for success in this role.

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our company-wide transformation agenda focused on cost competitiveness, operational excellence, and ERP modernization. In this role, you will help ensure that our investments in manufacturing, digitalization, and process improvements translate into tangible financial results—enabling us to continue developing and producing some of the world's most advanced hearing aids that improve people's lives every day.
You will join a global Finance organization committed to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our manufacturing and supply chain network.
Working closely with colleagues across Operations, R&D, Finance, and IT, you will help shape how we measure performance, realize value, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

You most likely come from a manufacturing or production environment and have developed a solid understanding of both operational and financial performance drivers. You are equally comfortable discussing transformation initiatives with senior leaders as you are challenging costing methodologies, production processes, routing structures, inventory flows, and operational performance with manufacturing teams.
