SOBRE EL ROL

Buscamos un/a Associate Manager de Retail Account Management para liderar la relación comercial con cuentas clave del canal moderno (supermercados, hipermercados y/o cadenas regionales), impulsando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio a través de la ejecución de la estrategia comercial, gestión de cuentas y desarrollo conjunto con clientes.

El rol combina un fuerte entendimiento del negocio, habilidades analíticas y capacidad de ejecución en campo, siendo clave para lograr resultados de ventas, participación de mercado y rentabilidad.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Gestión de cuentas clave (Key Accounts):

    • Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan de negocio de las cuentas asignadas.

    • Construir relaciones sólidas con compradores y decisores del cliente.

    • Negociar acuerdos comerciales, condiciones, surtido y acciones promocionales.

  • Planificación comercial:

    • Definir e implementar planes de crecimiento por cliente/categoría.

    • Alinear estrategias de pricing, promociones y trade marketing.

    • Monitorear KPIs: sell-in, sell-out, market share, rentabilidad.

  • Ejecución en punto de venta:

    • Asegurar una correcta implementación de acuerdos comerciales.

    • Coordinar con equipos de campo (merchandising/reposición).

    • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en exhibición y disponibilidad.

  • Análisis y seguimiento:

    • Analizar performance de ventas y detectar insights accionables.

    • Hacer seguimiento de forecast, presupuesto y desvíos.

    • Elaborar reportes comerciales y presentaciones internas y para clientes.

  • Trabajo cross-funcional:

    • Coordinar con Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain y Finanzas.

    • Asegurar alineación entre estrategia y ejecución.

    • Participar en planificación de lanzamientos y activaciones.

REQUISITOS

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Comercialización, Economía o afines.

  • 3–6 años de experiencia en ventas, trade marketing o account management.

  • Experiencia en consumo masivo (preferentemente en canal moderno).

  • Experiencia en negociación con retailers será altamente valorada.

  • Fuerte orientación a resultados y negocio.

  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación e influencia.

  • Capacidad analítica y manejo de datos.

  • Buen manejo de stakeholders internos y externos.
