ABOUT THE ROLE
The Finance Global Graduate will join the Finance team supporting the Southern Cluster, working mainly with the Sales organization and partnering with Customer Financial Services (CFS) as needed. This role will help protect company assets by supporting accounts receivable follow-up, credit risk review, customer account analysis and order release management. The position will also support the loading, validation and tracking of commercial actions for the Southern Cluster and provide ad hoc support to Sales Finance and Sales. This is an entry-level development role reporting to the Sales Finance Manager, with exposure to Sales Finance, customer risk management and commercial execution processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Sales and Finance to support day-to-day commercial execution and business needs across the Southern Cluster.
Monitor customer accounts, accounts receivable balances, credit exposure and overdue items, coordinating follow-up with Sales and CFS to support collections.
Support the analysis and release of customer sales orders based on credit risk, customer account status and internal approval guidelines.
Follow up on blocked orders, identifying risks, required actions and escalation points to enable timely decisions.
Upload and maintain commercial actions/trade promotions for the Southern Cluster, ensuring accuracy, completeness, approval traceability and compliance with internal policies.
Support the tracking and control of commercial investments and promotional activities, highlighting discrepancies, missing information or execution risks.
Prepare reports and analyses related to accounts receivable, credit status, blocked orders, commercial actions and other Sales support activities.
Contribute to process documentation and improvement initiatives that strengthen control, visibility and service levels for Sales, Finance and CFS.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manage data accurately in transactional and reporting processes.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ownership of follow-ups.
Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Finance and CFS stakeholders.
Customer-service orientation with sound judgment to balance commercial support and financial control.
Proactive, curious and willing to learn in a dynamic consumer goods environment.
Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Power Query or other reporting/ERP tools is a plus.
Interest in Sales Finance, accounts receivable, credit management or commercial operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Fixed-term contract / Global Graduate program.
- Travel: 0-10% expected.
- Remote work available once a week for eligible employees after three months in the company.
- Relocation Eligibility: This role is not eligible for relocation.
