The role involves managing the company's accounting, including financial verification, tax declarations, and the maintenance of fixed asset records. Additionally, the position provides support to the Chief Accountant and manages a subordinate team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Candidates must have a higher education degree and extensive knowledge of Polish accounting and tax laws, with familiarity with U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and English, along with experience in team leadership and process automation, is required.

- weryfikacja dokumentów pod względem formalnym i rachunkowym,
- dekretowanie oraz terminowa i prawidłowa ewidencja księgowa transakcji handlowych zgodnie z procedurami wewnętrznymi firmy,
- bieżąca kontrola finansowo-księgowa,
- przeprowadzanie okresowej kontroli kont,
- analiza rozrachunków z kontrahentami, publiczno-prawnych,
- potwierdzanie i uzgadnianie sald z kontrahentami,
- dokonywanie płatności, kontrola terminów płatności,
- rozliczanie oraz ewidencja delegacji służbowych i pozostałych wydatków służbowych,
- prawidłowa klasyfikacja kosztów własnych i kosztów uzyskania przychodu,
- rozliczanie faktur dotyczących importu i eksportu,
- księgowanie i aktualizowanie rezerw i odpisów aktualizujących,
- wykonywanie niezbędnych księgowań związanych z zamknięciem miesiąca,
- staranne przechowywanie i archiwizacja księgowanych dokumentów.
- prowadzenie ewidencji zleceń produkcyjnych dotyczących zakupionych środków trwałych i ich rozliczanie,
- rozliczanie środków trwałych w budowie,
- ustalenie podatkowych i bilansowych stawek amortyzacyjnych dla środków trwałych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych,
- prowadzenie księgi inwentarzowej środków trwałych,
- grupowanie środków trwałych według Klasyfikacji Środków Trwałych,
- ewidencja amortyzacji, umorzenia,
- prowadzenie dokumentacji środków trwałych.
- sporządzanie deklaracji CIT, VAT, JPK, WHT, deklaracji podsumowującej VAT- UE, deklaracji na podatek od nieruchomości,
- znajomość zagadnień w zakresie MDR i cen transferowych.
