Responsible for all manufacturing deliverables of new programs from acquisition through the start of production and six months post-launch. This includes developing production systems, ensuring manufacturing feasibility, and managing the interface between the core team and the plants.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 4 years of manufacturing engineering experience and 3 years in the automotive industry. Candidates must possess advanced English proficiency and strong analytical and communication skills.

Member of the core team. Responsible for all Manufacturing deliverables of new programs / from the acquisition phase till SOP + 6 months. Manages functionally Program Manufacturing team. Ensures manufacturing feasibility. Develop & validates complete production system of the program. Supervises the production launch through IPM.
