The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe product, from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery and continuous improvement. They act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure the product delivers measurable value and aligns with corporate strategy.
Candidates should have professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an IT environment, with familiarity in Agile delivery models. Experience in the Healthcare or TIC industry and knowledge of LIMS development is highly preferred.

The Product Manager is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of the IT product “eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe”, from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. The Product is the main target Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for our Clinical Diagnostics business in Europe and further business around the world.
The role represents the voice of the business and users, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost efficiency.
The Product Manager works closely with business stakeholder and different IT roles (e.g. IT Architects, IT Developers, IT Deployment Manager, IT Operations Engineer, IT Quality Manager) to ensure products deliver measurable value, align with Eurofins strategy, and are sustainably operated.
