You will own and evolve the SONiC-based networking switch software roadmap while leading industry engagement to promote Supermicro's market position. As Senior Director of Networking Switch Software Product Management at Supermicro, you will own and groom the end-to-end SONiC-based Switch software roadmap, lead industry forums to promote Supermicro’s SONiC networking switch software position, and create differentiated product strategies that set us apart from the competition. You will proactively engage with customers to capture emerging needs for networking switch software, drive follow-up, and deliver executive-level updates and briefing meetings that strengthen strategic relationships. This role serves as the bridge between customer requirements, SONiC technical innovation, and business growth, ensuring Supermicro delivers cutting-edge networking switch software that powers next-generation data center infrastructure.

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
