Lead day-to-day QC laboratory operations across Chemical, Instrumentation, and Stability sections to ensure timely analysis and release of materials. Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and compliance of laboratory instruments while reviewing critical analytical documentation.
Requires expertise in operating and troubleshooting analytical instruments like HPLC and GC in compliance with ALCOA+ principles. Must be proficient in reviewing SOPs, validation reports, and participating in Quality Management System activities.
Lead day-to-day QC laboratory operations for Chemical, Instrumentation, and Stability sections.
Ensure timely analysis and release of raw materials, intermediates, finished APIs, packing materials, and cleaning validation samples.
Review and approve analytical reports, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and laboratory documentation.
Ensure adherence to testing timelines to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Oversee operation, calibration, qualification, and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments including:
Dissolution Tester (where applicable)
Ensure instrument utilization, troubleshooting, and compliance with ALCOA+ principles.
Review SOPs, STPs, Specifications, Protocols, Validation Reports, and analytical methods.
Ensure laboratory documentation complies with regulatory expectations.
Participate in Change Control, Risk Assessment, and Quality Management System activities.
