As part of our growing Social Commerce team, you will support the operational processes behind creator commerce, livestream operations, affiliate campaigns, and financing & billing workflows across platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Affiliate Operations Executive to own the end-to-end product seeding operations for our affiliate marketing team.

This role ensures creators receive products quickly and accurately, allowing Affiliate Managers to focus on creator growth and campaign performance. You will become the operational backbone between Commercial, Warehouse and Affiliate teams.

What You'll Do1. End-to-End Seeding Operations

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly seeding requests based on campaign plans
• Validate creator eligibility and shipping information
• Consolidate shipment requests
• Raise dispatch requests to warehouse
• Track shipment status until delivery
• Update tracking information to the respective creators.
• Coordinate parcel reshipments when required
• Ensure creators receive products within SLA

2. Warehouse Coordination

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipment schedule
• Monitor dispatch progress
• Resolve packing or inventory issues
• Escalate urgent shipment delays
• Follow up on tracking numbers
• Ensure warehouse SLA compliance

Must Have

• 2–4 years in Operations / Logistics / E-commerce Operations / Campaign Operations
• Excellent coordination skills, strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling large data sets in Google Sheets / Excel
• Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong follow-up skills
• Excellent written communication
