Scopo della posizione:
Acquisire nozioni e skill necessarie alla gestione dei clienti Ayvens durante la vita del contratto analizzando attentamente le loro segnalazioni e garantendo una risposta efficace e soddisfacente alle richieste di supporto provenienti dai diversi canali di comunicazione. Conoscere i servizi previsti, le procedure e le linee guida aziendali e saperle applicare nella risposta al cliente. Garantire la risoluzione dei casi nel rispetto dei livelli di servizio stabiliti internamente e degli accordi sottoscritti dal cliente.
Principali attività:
Partecipare con attenzione e proattività alla formazione che verrà erogata dal tutor o dai colleghi senior;
Acquisire una conoscenza approfondita delle procedure aziendali, degli applicativi utilizzati e dei processi, per garantire la gestione di un servizio di qualità;
Utilizzare correttamente il CRM aziendale al fine di garantire la tracciatura delle informazioni dei clienti e la gestione completa e corretta delle segnalazioni;
Applicare la knowledge base/regole di ingaggio per contribuire alla corretta gestione delle segnalazioni ricevute attraverso i diversi canali di comunicazione, al fine di collaborare alla risoluzione della problematica o indirizzare la richiesta al reparto operativo preposto in caso di assistenza di “terzo livello” (ad es., contestazioni amministrative, assistenza manutentiva, ecc…);
Gestire le richieste di tutti clienti nell’ottica di una piena soddisfazione delle esigenze e personalizzazione del servizio di assistenza e dei prodotti offerti in ambito NLT
Adottare un atteggiamento proattivo nei confronti dei rischi, segnalando anomalie e situazioni a rischio, proponendo azioni di mitigazione, rispettando rigorosamente le politiche di Ayvens.
Garantire la risoluzione dei case nel rispetto dei livelli di servizio stabiliti internamente e degli accordi sottoscritti dal cliente.
Competenze/conoscenze soft e tecnico-specialistiche:
Diploma o laurea in materie umanistiche o economiche
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
Ottime capacità di lavorare in team
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
