As Vice President of Marketing for Japan, you will own strategy, planning and the execution of our Japan Marketing function to maximize order intake and improve brand awareness. You will work closely with Japan Sales and Product function leadership to shape a collaborative, energizing environment — one where the members enjoy the work, learns fast, and feels genuine pride in what we ship together.
Responsibilities
Integrated Demand Generation & Funnel Leadership — Own the end-to-end demand engine across digital, email/lifecycle, experiential marketing, Inside Sales, and Partner Sales to deliver qualified leads and maximize order intake; drive annual and quarterly plans, campaign calendars, prioritization, and resource allocation across all channels.
Brand, Messaging, Content & Go-to-Market Execution Strengthen Rapyuta Robotics' brand presence in the Japan logistics and industrial automation market; oversee messaging and content aligned to ICPs, use cases, and buying stages; improve editorial processes and expand content across the customer journey; lead launch initiatives with Sales and Product to drive market impact.
Team Leadership, Operations & KPI Visibility Lead Japan's Marketing function, including Inside Sales, covering hiring, resource deployment, evaluation, and feedback; oversee CRM and marketing automation to maintain data quality, surface funnel bottlenecks, and standardize KPI reporting; own budget control and executive-level reporting visibility.
Minimum Requirements
10 years of related experience including 3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience owning revenue-linked marketing KPIs
Proven track record marketing complex B2B products in industrial automation, logistics, robotics, or enterprise SaaS — ideally to Japanese enterprise buyers
Strong analytical decision-making using funnel metrics, attribution, and campaign ROI
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Experience owning a marketing budget and reporting KPIs to executive leadership.
