【職務内容】
- 年間事業計画（AOP）、業績予測、中長期経営計画を含む全社財務計画プロセスの支援
- 連結PLおよびキャッシュフローの実績・見通し分析を通じた、業績ドライバー・リスク・機会の特定
- 経営会議、決算発表、取締役会向けの財務分析および経営報告資料の作成
- 事業部、営業、SCM、経理など国内外の関係部門との連携による財務前提の整合および予測精度向上
- 差異分析、シナリオ分析、戦略的提言を通じた経営層の意思決定支援
【必須（MUST）】
- 学士号取得者
- 製造業またはコンサルティング／監査法人におけるFP&A、経理、経営企画の実務経験3年以上
- ExcelおよびPowerPointの上級レベルのスキルを有し、定量分析、財務モデリング、シナリオシミュレーションの経験があること
- 会計に関する高度な知識、または全社レベルでのPL／BS／CFシミュレーション経験
【歓迎（WANT）】
- 製造業またはコンサルティング／監査法人におけるFP&A、経理、経営企画の実務経験5年以上
- ファイナンス、会計、または関連分野の学士号
- MDP、Global BI、Power BIなどのデータ管理・分析プラットフォームの活用経験
