The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and execute hiring strategies to acquire engineering talent across India, the US, and Japan. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to meet hiring targets while managing campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience as an engineering recruiter in India. Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required to succeed in this dynamic environment.
