Operate tractor-trailers to transport dry van freight across Southwest regional routes. Manage a mix of drop and hook and live load/unload tasks while ensuring no-touch freight delivery.
Requires a minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience and verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days. Must meet all DOT safety requirements; SAP drivers are welcome if step 6 is complete.
Qualifications
Pay & Home Time
Average weekly pay: $1,250–$1,500
-paid on ALL miles -empty and loaded
Southwest regional routes
Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
34–48 hour reset at home
Dry van freight
70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
100% no-touch freight
Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
Paid vacation
Paid holidays (8 days per year)
Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance
