Lead the day shift maintenance team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of planned and breakdown maintenance for fixed plant assets. Coordinate activities across conveyors and ship loading systems to maximize equipment reliability and minimize operational downtime.
Requires an Australian recognized Mechanical Trade Qualification and demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams in mining or port operations. Must possess a C Class Driver's Licence and have strong knowledge of bulk materials handling equipment.

We're looking for an experienced Team Lead – Port Maintenance to lead our day shift maintenance team at our Geraldton Port Operations.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate the safe and efficient delivery of planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance across our fixed plant assets, helping maximise equipment reliability and plant performance.
You'll provide regular field leadership across the port, overseeing maintenance activities on conveyors, truck unloading facilities, ship loading systems and other fixed plant infrastructure, while working closely with Operations, Maintenance Planning and contractors to minimise downtime and keep the operation running safely.
You'll also lead and develop your team, coordinate shutdowns, respond to equipment breakdowns, promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support the reliable operation of our port facilities.
