The maintenance agent is responsible for the daily technical operation and upkeep of the hotel, including diagnosing faults and performing repairs. They also handle snow removal around the premises and ensure a comfortable environment for guests.
Candidates should have previous experience in maintenance or a similar role with strong technical skills in plumbing, electricity, and carpentry. A basic training certification in plumbing or electricity is preferred.

Depuis l’hiver 2018, l’Experimental Group exporte son savoir-faire français en Suisse. L’Experimental Chalet a ouvert ses portes au cœur de Verbier, la destination franco-suisse cosmopolite ; haut lieu des passionnés de ski et d’après-skis festifs.
L’Agent de Maintenance est chargé du bon fonctionnement quotidien de l’hôtel ainsi qu’à l’entretien de l’établissement, en respectant les règles de sécurité en vigueur.
Vos missions principales :
Effectuer le suivi des installations techniques (SPA, chaufferie, pompe de relevage,…),
Diagnostiquer les éventuelles pannes (Plomberie, électricité, menuiserie,...),
Réaliser des réparations sur différents supports (peinture, revêtement de sol…),
Réaliser quand c'est nécessaire les opérations de déneigement aux abords l'hôtel,
Travailler en bonne entente avec les autres services de l'hôtel,
Participer au confort des clients,
Participer à l’organisation du service en proposant des solutions nécessaires à des démarches d’amélioration continue.
Vous avez de l’expérience en tant qu’Agent de Maintenance ou poste similaire.
Vous avez le sens du détail, une polyvalence technique et une grande capacité d’analyse.
Vous êtes réactifs grâce à vos connaissances techniques en matière d’électricité, plomberie, menuiserie.
Une formation de base en plomberie et/ou en électricité serait appréciée.
Enfin, vous avez une appétence pour le milieu hôtelier.
