The Reservations Agent manages daily operations and short-term planning for the department to maximize room revenue. They coordinate with other departments to ensure high levels of communication and create memorable guest experiences.
Candidates should have prior experience in reservations, ideally within a 5-star hotel environment. Proficiency in French and English is required, and applicants must be citizens of Switzerland or the European Union due to visa restrictions.

A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
As a Reservations Agent you will participate in the short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department.
Specific duties include ensuring rooms revenue is maximized according to planned strategies, in addition to coordinating activities with other departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
You will be able to understand the needs of the clients and will be able to draw up different commercial proposals according to their requirements, bearing in mind the strategies planned by the department. You will also have the administrative responsibility of checking our clients' reservations and taking full account of their requests before their arrival in order to create a WOW effect.
First experience in reservations, ideally in a 5* hotel.
Fluent in French and English, a third language is appreciated.
You are highly motivated.
