The Beauty Advisor will provide personalized skincare consultations and product demonstrations to travelers at Faro Airport. They are responsible for driving sales and maintaining high brand standards to create memorable customer experiences.
Candidates should have previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail and possess a results-oriented mindset. Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required, along with availability for part-time shifts until October.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and sales-oriented Beauty Advisor to join a prestigious international beauty brand at Faro Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant travel retail environment, engaging with customers from all over the world while representing some of the most recognized beauty products on the market.
As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, helping travellers discover the perfect skincare and beauty solutions for their needs.
Welcome and engage customers in a warm, proactive, and professional manner.
Deliver personalized beauty and skincare consultations.
Demonstrate products and share expert beauty advice.
Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
Maintain excellent brand standards and product presentation in-store.
Create memorable experiences that encourage customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
Previous experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, or luxury retail.
A confident and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer interaction.
Strong sales skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent Portuguese and English (interviews will be conducted in English).
Availability to work 2–3 days per week until the beginning of October.
Competitive compensation package
€796 gross/month for a 21-hour weekly schedule
Meal allowance in addition to base salary
Part-time position: 2–3 days per week
7-hour shifts
Morning shifts (starting from 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM)
Temporary contract from July until October
