The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu creation and staff management. They are responsible for ensuring high standards of food safety, HACCP compliance, and efficient labor cost management.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef in a 5-star hotel or Michelin-recommended restaurant. Strong organizational, leadership, and culinary skills are required to run the kitchen effectively.

Role Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations.
- Creating new dishes and menus in line with the seasons and changing dishes regularly.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Culinary.
- Ensure that all company systems, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
- To co-ordinate roster scheduling, labour costs and to oversee staff performance and productivity.
- To ensure that HACCP is implemented and documented efficiently, ensuring that all standards are maintained.
- Ability to prioritise, organise and delegate work assignments and to oversee staff performance with prompt follow up where required
- Minimum 2 years as a head chef in a similar organisation, 5-star hotel or Michelin recommended restaurant.
