Must be licensed in Washington as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist, though associates are eligible with supervision. Ability to pass a background check is required, and bilingual skills in English/Spanish or sign language are preferred.

YNHS offers great compensation for this position, with a starting wage of $40-$46 an hour, along with high value benefits of employer provided medical, dental, vision, life, disability and retirement insurances. To support our team, we also provide ten paid holidays, flexible amounts of paid leave and/or cash-out options, and retention bonuses to reward commitment to our mission.
This position is eligible for state and federal loan repayment.

Some technical requirements for this position are:
Behavioral Health Specialist for Integrated Primary Care Community Health Center practice. This person provides team-based care alongside primary care providers, nurses, MAs, dietitians, care coordinators, pharmacists, and outreach workers; experience or knowledge/support in CBT, brief therapy, harm reduction; works with low-income populations including MSFW, homeless, LGBTQ youth, this role may be included in clinic, supportive housing, and street visits – scheduled and unscheduled. Requires great flexibility and team-oriented approaches. This exciting position provides full scope counseling services to support a diverse population and coordinate care for multi-issue clients.
