Provide direct and indirect nursing care to residents while supervising unit personnel and direct care staff. Responsible for initiating and updating nursing care plans and ensuring all care meets facility and regulatory standards.
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current Indiana state license in good standing. Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of experience in Long Term Care.
