The Brand Manager is responsible for shaping and executing brand strategies for the Czech and Slovak markets to ensure growth and strong market positioning. This includes managing resource allocation, driving brand analytics, and implementing strategic growth plans to maximize profitability.
Candidates must have a university degree in business or science and proven experience as a Brand Manager, preferably within Consumer Healthcare or FMCG. Fluency in both Czech and English is required, along with strong analytical and leadership skills.

About the job:
This role is responsible for shaping and executing the brand strategy for the Czech and Slovak markets for the assigned brands, ensuring consistent brand growth, strong market positioning, and impactful consumer engagement. The Brand Manager will drive the development of brand initiatives aligned with business objectives, while contributing to sustainable growth, competitive performance, and the overall success of Opella within the local market.

Strategic leadership for the brand and managing resource allocation across brand strategies and tactics
Identifying the most profitable and relevant brand growth opportunities and allocate proper budget across brands and initiatives
Signing-off brand ATL and BTL investments together with respective functions at local level
Leading, evaluating and ensuring implementation of brands strategic Growth plans in order to ensure focus on the achievement of above market growth & sales / profitability objectives
Driving brand analytics, market and competition understanding, brand learnings and action plans as well as the integrated planning process for the brand
Execution of the key initiatives driving the brand growth
Leading the identification of high ROI initiatives to drive best performing brand activations
Challenging and endorsing the KPI proposed by the Performance Analytics Team to track the brand performance status and ROI of the Growth Plan
Analyzing Performance Analytics team recommendations to fine tune / change the plans in order to maximize the profitability and accelerate the market share gain for the brand
Education : University degree in business or scientific background
Proven work experience as a Brand Manager in creating and developing brand strategy
Current or previous experience in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies with proven track record in marketing positions
Executional excellence and leadership
Scientific background with marketing/business studies a plus.
