Candidates must have an HBO (Polytechnic) level of education and at least 2 years of experience in industrial implementation projects, preferably in the pharma or food industry. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, along with strong skills in project planning and budget control.

The Junior Project Manager leads projects from early FEL phases through execution to commissioning, qualification, and handover. They collaborate with cross-functional teams—Production, EHS, Quality, Finance, Maintenance, and Procurement—to deliver projects aligned with business goals.
They manage pharmaceutical projects such as equipment renewal, building modifications, and HVAC/utilities, typically handling two small-to-medium projects per year with a budget of €1–2 million. Ambitious to grow into a Project Manager role, they report to the Portfolio Manager Pharmaceutical GMP Projects.
Engineering & Site Strategy is a Center of Excellence within Pharmaceutical Operations. You will report directly to the Portfolio Manager and will support the project implementation activities for Investment Projects at the manufacturing site in Oss. With an annual budget of 20 – 40 M€ the team realizes production scale-ups and modifications on facility and /or production equipment.
