Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and basic computer proficiency. Depending on the level, one to two years of customer service experience is required.

Level I: One (1) year of customer service experience
Level II: Two (2) years of customer service experience
Call center experience
Experience in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment
Knowledge of basic medical terminology

Performs other duties as assigned
This position is in a call center and remote work is not an option.
