Acts as the primary liaison between crisis representatives and the mobile crisis team to deploy resources via the MHWIN system. Performs initial triage, suicide risk assessments, and utilizes de-escalation techniques for callers in crisis.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid Michigan Driver's License. Candidates must have two years of professional experience in human/behavioral health services and two years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or crisis response.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
A High School diploma, GED, or its equivalent.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED LICENSE(S).
A valid State of Michigan Driver’s License with a safe and acceptable driving record.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is usually performed in an office setting but requires the employee to drive to different sites throughout Wayne County and the State of Michigan. This position can work remotely with supervisory approval. Currently this position is primarily a remote position.
