The Cold Preparation Manager is responsible for organizing and supervising the production of cold culinary preparations while ensuring high-quality presentation. They also oversee service flow, manage cash operations, and strictly enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
Candidates should hold a professional catering qualification such as a CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro. Significant experience in catering, particularly in collective dining, along with a strong command of culinary techniques and HACCP standards is required.

Salaire ? Entre 2000 - 2300€ brut x 13 et avantages
Profitez de vos soirées et week-ends ! 35h du lundi au vendredi, de 7h à 15h
Vos missions :
Organiser, encadrer et participer à la production culinaire des préparations
Participer à la préparation des repas, aider à la mise en place, au dressage et à la distribution, en respectant les consignes du chef et les fiches techniques.
Superviser le déroulement du service et y participer
Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe cuisine et le personnel de service pour assurer un déroulement fluide du service, dans le respect des horaires et des besoins des convives.
Appliquer et faire appliquer le plan de maîtrise sanitaire et les règles de sécurité
Veiller au nettoyage du matériel, des locaux, et appliquer rigoureusement les normes HACCP pour garantir un environnement sain et sécurisé.
Profil recherché :
Diplôme en restauration souhaité (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro)
Expérience significative en restauration, idéalement collective
Maîtrise des techniques culinaires et des normes HACCP
Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomie
