To continue this success we are hiring for a Territory Manager to drive sales category growth and profitability by executing banner promotion plans and shopper activations focusing on growing PepsiCo Brands. The Territory manager will have the ability to use scan data to indentify in-store execution opportunities such as distribution, shelf space and display execution. Building and maintaining a great relationship with the customers is key to success in ensuring compliance as well as driving extra discretionary opportunities. Whilst always promoting, developing and improving the Health and Safety culture.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and executing our Bluebird promotional program in key stores: New World Pak N Save, Woolworths, Fresh choice, Four Square, TWL and Kmart.
Build strong relationships at multi levels within the stores in your region.
Negotiating display in-store to deliver the quietly/annual sales budget.
Execute NPD and Big-Bet activation plans in all your stores as per monthly commercial priorities.
Monthly analysis of Dunnhumby data, to analyses performance and trends in the grocery channels and identify opportunities for growth in your region.
Qualifications
About you
Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG industry preferably with experience in Field Sales.
A commercially astute, analytical individual with experience in FMCG.
Field Sales Experience is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI and Dunnhumby.
Excellent Communication Skills - Oral and Written.
Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strengths in presentation, negotiation and influencing.
Proven Strength in prioritization and time management skills.
