The Food and Beverage Supervisor leads the front-of-house team to ensure flawless service execution and high guest satisfaction. They are responsible for staff scheduling, team motivation, and maintaining operational standards during service hours.
Candidates must possess a New Zealand Diploma or equivalent, or at least 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector. A valid RSA or equivalent qualification is also required to perform the duties of this role.

Purpose
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you are at the forefront of creating a variety of dining experiences that showcase exceptional taste and service. Your main goal is to guide a unified team, guaranteeing the flawless execution of food and beverage operations while maintaining the establishment's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Location: Peppers Bluewater Resort, State Highway 8, Lake Tekapo 7945, New Zealand
Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time
Hours: Minimum 30, Maximum 48 hours
Pay Rate: 29-30 NZD per hour
Minimum Experience/Qualifications: NZ Diploma or equivalent, OR minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
