Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Standort in Schaffhausen (Schweiz) einen Assistant Finance Business Partner (d/w/m) in Teilzeit 50 % – 60 % mit befristetem Vertrag bis 31. März 2027.
Die Rolle
Im Rahmen einer Transformationsphase suchen wir für einen Zeitraum von ca. 9 Monaten einen Assistant Finance Business Partner zur Verstärkung unseres Schweizer Teams für die monatlichen Abschlussprozesse sowie im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
Deine Aufgaben
Durchführung von monatlichen Finance Reviews sowie Unterstützung im Performance Management
Unterstützung des S&OP-Prozesses – von Vertriebsaktivitäten bis zum finanziellen Abschluss
Sicherstellung und Förderung hoher Reporting-Standards innerhalb der Organisation
Unterstützung des Schweizer Vertrieb-Teams bei Jahresverhandlungen, Fortschrittsverfolgung sowie Einleitung von Korrekturmassnahmen
Unterstützung beim Budgetcontrolling, Rebate- und Overdue-Management sowie Sicherstellung korrekter Trade Accruals durch klar definierte Prozesse
Mitarbeit bei Bilanzanalysen sowie bei lokalen FinFlex-Initiativen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem DACH Controlling Team
Was du mitbringst
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Finanzbereich (z. B. vergleichbar mit CA, CIMA, ACCA); MBA oder Masterabschluss von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Bereich Finance, Operations oder Business Partnering
Gutes Verständnis von FMCG P&L sowie Erfahrung mit Monatsabschlüssen und Forecasting-Prozessen
Kenntnisse im Bereich Modern Trade, Verhandlungsprozesse und idealerweise im Schweizer Marktumfeld
Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Excel und SAP
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
