The role acts as a bridge between Finance stakeholders and IT to translate business needs into functional solutions for Finance and PPM applications. Responsibilities include managing the application lifecycle, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring system stability and compliance.
Candidates need over 5 years of IT experience as a functional analyst or application manager with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a scientific discipline. Proficiency in finance processes, PPM tools, and English (B2 level) is required, with SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.

It is structured around five strategic pillars: Skills, Team, ICT Global Architecture, Communication, and GICT Processes. Who we are looking for
The IT Application Manager & Functional Business Analyst – Finance partners with Finance stakeholders (Accounting, Controlling and Treasury) and Project Portfolio Management teams to translate business needs into effective IT solutions. The role focuses on functional analysis, application ownership and solution evolution, with limited involvement in project activities mainly related to feasibility studies.
Parma Headquarters with occasional international travel (up to 10%)
The minimum salary for this role is €46.800, aligned to our established salary framework. The final offer will reflect the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
This role is eligible to participate in an annual bonus scheme, subject to company and individual performance.
