A day in the life...

Provides specialized operational and technical support in the delivery of Rewards Services across assigned markets and processes. The role focuses on accurate execution, controls discipline, and growing subject‑matter expertise, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and building readiness for increased scope and complexity.

• Execute end‑to‑end rewards processes (e.g., Annual Salary Review, Short‑Term Bonus, Benchmarking, Equal Pay, Surveys) in line with global standards, SLAs, and market requirements

• Ensure accurate setup, validation, reconciliation, and completion of rewards activities in SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and/or SAP

• Deliver timely and high‑quality outputs for assigned markets, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines

• Demonstrates understanding of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire process impacts, ensuring activities are aligned with upstream and downstream dependencies
• Builds subject‑matter expertise in assigned sub‑processes, activities, or markets and supports SME-led activities and initiatives
• Responds to standard and moderately complex rewards‑related inquiries and cases
• Escalates complex or ambiguous issues to Senior Specialist or Team Lead with clear analysis and recommendations
• Performs regular validation, reconciliation, and control checks on rewards data
• Identifies data inconsistencies, investigates root causes, and supports resolution
• Handles sensitive compensation data with strict confidentiality and data privacy discipline
• Supports internal controls, audit, and risk requirements as directed
• Acts as Tier 2 SPOC for assigned markets
• Resolves employee/HR queries escalated from Contact Centers
• Ensures high quality, timely, and accurate responses
• Maintains and updates SOPs, L5 process documents, market references, and job aids
• Ensures documentation is accurate, up to date, and approved for assigned scope
• Shares process updates and learnings with peers and stakeholders
• Identifies opportunities for process simplification, automation, or error reduction
• Participates in system testing, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities
• Supports identification of automation and digitalization opportunities (e.g., dashboards, workflows, robotics) to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cycle time
• Works closely with Contact Centers, HR Admin, Payroll, IT, and Hub colleagues
• Supports market interactions with HRBPs and CoCs under guidance
• Contributes positively to team collaboration and knowledge sharing

• With average written & verbal communication skills in English
• Able to handle highly sensitive Compensation information in a confidential and professional manner
• Able to create process documentations
• Advanced use of MS Excel

• Advanced Excel and data handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
