Physical Logistics Supervisor

Main Purpose of the Role

• . Ensure that dispatch and receiving inventory processes are adhered to, documents are correct and check picked stock prior to dispatch.
• . Daily Health check and balance must be carried out in timely manner.

 Key Requirements

• . Checking of picked loads to ensure accurate stocks are picked and load.
• . Ensure load process is completed to ensure optimum container turn around to minimise costs.
• . Coordinate with supply chain and customs team to create invoicing/documentation and ensure is correct and timely manner.
• . Manage dispatches to ensure accurate quantity and quality check of stocks are done on regular basis.
• . Communicate with Supply Chain team to ensure on time receiving of imported raw and packaging materials and finished goods.
• . Liaison with Inventory Controllers to manage any stock discrepancies for both inbound and outbound materials.
• . Ensure all materials received and dispatch are check correctly and transfer through SAP system daily without delay
• . Physical check and verified all outgoing Goods before create stock transfer or push dispatch (PD).
• . Daily health check and balance must be done after all system transection completed.
• . Perform and participates in the physical inventory of warehouse items, compiling inventory records and preparing reports, as needed by warehouse manager.
• . Keep accurate records of inventory to maintain adequate Supply
• . Assist in planning, arranging, assigning and reviewing the work of warehouse casual workers.
•  Assumes responsibility for managing warehouse operations in the absent of the supervisor or assist in various aspect of the warehouse management activities as directed.
• . Responsible for containers Loading ,inventory and coordinate with container trackers to ensure return of containers ,before (incur Demurrage)
• . Responsible in preparing materials and conforming Factory request quantities are prepared in timely and secured manner to supply.
• . Ensure correct materials and quantities requested are prepared for Local customers
• . Ensure team work and safety is prevail in the warehouse and reports any unsafe area and practices.
• . Ensure warehouse practice is done daily and keep the warehouse clean

Key Requirements

• . Inventory management and documentation experience in warehouse operations
• . Understand transport operation
• . Understand the value of customer satisfaction and result focus.
• . Ability to work as a team leader
• . Understanding of dispatch process and order Management
• . Understanding of receiving process and PO Management
• . Understanding of material handling equipment Management
• . Understanding of the critical processes and equipment in the area under responsibility
