Tasks:
Direct and evaluate the operations of the accounting and financial departments to ensure organizational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Establish and implement financial policies, internal control systems, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Coordinate the budget process, including financial planning, expenditure control, and detailed variance analysis.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and cost-benefit reports for presentation to senior management.
Manage and mentor the financial team (3-4 people), including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Monitor financial data and reporting systems to identify critical trends and recommend strategic improvements.
Maintain financial records using manual and computerized systems to ensure audit readiness and accurate record-keeping.
