Job Responsibilities

• Complete the inquiry from the business colleagues, sort out the complete and detailed quotation data, follow up the feedback in accordance with the principle of prompt reply.
• Assist PSM to update the quarterly pricing, timely understand the price changes of suppliers and raw materials in the price range.
• Deliver purchase orders on time and control the progress of orders. Keep in sync with suppliers in order execution and deal with emergencies efficiently and accurately. Proficient in operating the system to arrange exception approval and consolidation shipments…
• Supplier data management and classification. Maintain positive interaction between the customers and suppliers by various means.
• Update the monthly shipment arrangement to the logistics Department each week, to ensure that customers can track the orders in time.
• Actively cooperate with colleagues to complete the work assigned by leaders.
• Re domestic market, receiving instructions from customer service, communicating with vender to get the best delivery time, place official po, arrange shipment, until warehouse keeper receives the goods, submitting vender invoice and documents to accountant.
• PS: import goods, after getting the notification from logistic team, need to provide custom clearance documents to logistic team, then applying for tariff and sea freight from accountant, adding the cost in the AX system, at last submitting all the receipt and original documents to accountant.
