Pour le compte de notre client, une banque privée internationale de premier plan basée à Genève, nous recherchons un(e) Compliance Control Officer pour un CDD jusqu'à la fin de l'année. Intégré(e) à une équipe de huit collaborateurs, vous contribuerez à la mise en œuvre du plan de contrôle couvrant l’ensemble des activités liées à la conformité. Dans ce rôle, vous participerez activement au maintien d’un dispositif de contrôle des risques répondant aux plus hauts standards du secteur bancaire. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement exigeant et collaboratif, en étroite interaction avec les équipes Compliance, Business Risk & Controls et les différentes lignes métiers.
Missions principales
Évaluer la conception et l’efficacité des contrôles liés aux activités de conformité (criminalité financière, lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent, KYC, sanctions, protection des investisseurs, activités transfrontalières, etc.).
Piloter ou participer à des revues de contrôle en réalisant des diagnostics et des tests détaillés.
Identifier les axes d’amélioration et formuler des recommandations adaptées.
Assurer le suivi de la mise en œuvre des recommandations et des plans d’actions.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Compliance, Business Risk & Controls afin de garantir l’exécution des contrôles et la résolution des problématiques identifiées.
Produire des dossiers de travail et des rapports de contrôle de haute qualité conformément aux méthodologies en vigueur.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du dispositif de gestion des risques et de contrôle interne.
Nous recherchons un profil respectant les critères suivants :
Diplôme universitaire en Droit, Économie, Finance ou domaine équivalent
Expérience de 3 à 7 ans dans les domaines de la conformité, de l’audit ou du contrôle interne, idéalement au sein d’un établissement bancaire ou financier
Bonne connaissance de l’environnement réglementaire bancaire et des enjeux de conformité
Expérience dans la réalisation de contrôles, de tests et d’analyses de risques
Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction
Maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais
Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à travailler de manière autonome
Esprit d’équipe et aptitude à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés
Respect des réglementations, des procédures internes et forte orientation qualité
