The Finance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring financial processes for Business Assurance, including billing, accounts payable, and collections. El Coordinador de Finanzas – Business Assurance será responsable de coordinar, monitorear y brindar soporte a los procesos financieros asociados al área de Business Assurance, incluyendo Facturación, Cuentas por Pagar y Cobranza. Este rol asegura la correcta y oportuna ejecución de las actividades operativas, el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos y la alineación con los estándares financieros globales.
La posición actúa como un punto clave de conexión entre los equipos operativos, las áreas de negocio y los diferentes grupos de interés, apoyando el desempeño de los procesos, la resolución de incidencias, la mejora continua y el análisis de indicadores financieros y operativos.
El candidato ideal deberá contar con sólidos conocimientos financieros, capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle y habilidades para coordinar múltiples actividades dentro de un ambiente dinámico y de alta exigencia.
Educación: Profesional en Finanzas, Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Procesos o carreras afines.
Experiencia: Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en operaciones financieras, incluyendo Facturación, Cuentas por Pagar, Cobranza, Análisis Financiero o áreas relacionadas. Experiencia coordinando procesos financieros, seguimiento de operaciones y gestión de stakeholders.
Experiencia en análisis de datos, elaboración de reportes e indicadores de desempeño.
Experiencia en iniciativas de mejora continua, optimización y estandarización de procesos.
Experiencia en entornos de Shared Services, GBS o compañías multinacionales es deseable.
Experiencia trabajando con equipos regionales o globales es deseable.
