Conduct market research, field inspections, and physical-economic analysis for rural property valuations. Prepare technical reports for agricultural, agro-industrial, and environmental conservation properties.
Requires a professional degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Forestry, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Must hold a valid Open Appraiser Registry (RAA) certification for rural properties.
